Pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting can bring physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes that often leave parents with many questions and very little structured guidance.

The Baby & Me Programs are designed to provide practical, evidence-informed support throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, newborn care, and early parenting.

With experience as a childbirth educator, mental health professional, and homeopathic practitioner, I focus on combining medical guidance with practical day-to-day parenting support so parents feel informed, prepared, and supported at every stage.

These programs address both maternal and infant wellbeing, while also focusing on emotional health, stress management, recovery, and confidence building during the transition into parenthood.
